After nearly two full seasons, Game of Thrones finally delivered the epic battle that fans have been craving. And “Blackwater” did not disappoint! In this week’s podcast, we discuss a few interesting developments from episode 8 such as the resolution of the Bran/Rickon cliffhanger, how well the young men of Westeros understand leverage and how Arya used her final name for Jaqen H’ghar. Most importantly, we also give our thoughts on episode 9, “Blackwater,” focusing not just on the epicness of the battle scenes (and oh yes, they were pretty epic!), but also examining the complicated journey Cersei’s character seems to be on, including her “relationship” with Sansa.
